CAMPAIGN MANAGER
Your role is to help Change.org’s users launch and run successful campaigns on the site.
Job description
- Required to work full time 5 days in a week.
- Assist petition starters or partner (individual/organizations) in developing campaign strategies.
- Connect petition starters to the media through sending press releases, organizing press conferences, and building good media relations.
- Connect petition starters to their targeted decision makers, through coordinating meetings and organizing petition deliveries.
- Along with content makers, help users produce content for their campaigns including emails, graphics, and videos.
- Administer the email tool, petition tool, and social media related to the campaigns.
- Assist petition starters in executing other campaign escalation tactics.
- Along with team write progress updates and project reports
- Coordinate with Finance manager for informing finance reports
You will need to:
- Have a minimum of 6 years experience in campaign or communications field. Experience in environmental campaign and have a strong relevant network is preferable
- Be able to develop a campaign strategy, as well as follow through on the execution
- Have experience in working with media and have a track record on conducting successful events and press conference
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people both verbally and in writing
- Creative, result oriented and able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Be fluent in English
- Have a general understanding of the socio-political landscape in Indonesia
CAMPAIGNER
As a campaigner you will assist petition starters, individuals, organisations in campaign strategy, content creation, and distribution to further and potentially win their campaigns.

- Organizing events and petition deliveries.
- Along with content makers, help users produce content for their campaigns including emails, graphics, and videos.
- Administer the email tool, petition tool, and Change.org social media accounts in posting contents related to the campaigns.
- Assist petition starters in executing other campaign escalation tactics.
- Along with team write progress updates and project reports
- Coordinate with Finance manager for informing finance reports
